How it works

  1. We build a free preview site for your business, using some of your real Google reviews.
  2. You take a look. No cost, no obligation.
  3. Like it? It's yours for $250 one-time, then $25/month for hosting and updates.

Review replies

  1. We send you a few free replies to your recent reviews that you can paste in yourself.
  2. Pick Lite or Standard and give us your written OK to reply on your behalf. Then add us as a Manager in your Business Profile (Settings → People and access). We never ask for your password.
  3. We reply to new reviews in the tone you approved, and every reply is checked by a person. Cancel anytime; we remove our access within 7 business days.

Does the preview site cost anything?

No. We build the preview for free. If you like it, it's $250 one-time to make it yours, then $25/month. If not, no worries at all.

What does the $25/month cover?

Hosting and updates for your site.

Do you need my Google password for review replies?

Never. You stay the owner and add us as a Manager on your Google Business Profile. Managers can reply to reviews but can't remove you or delete the profile.

Will you post anything without asking?

No. We only reply after you give us your OK in writing, in the tone you approved, and we only reply to reviews unless you ask for more.

Will replying to reviews improve my Google ranking?

We don't promise rankings. Google says replies show customers you value their feedback, and customers notice them.

Can I cancel?

Yes, review replies are month-to-month. Cancel anytime and we'll remove our access within 7 business days.

Is Omega WebWorks part of Google?

No. We're an independent studio and aren't affiliated with Google. Google Business Profile itself is free.

Do you work with medical or dental practices?

Not for review replies. Replies to healthcare reviews can reveal patient information, so we don't take that work on.
